The Beginning

Shangrilla Cuisine opened its bakery in Multan in 2009, but the story behind it began much earlier.

The family behind Shangrilla had been part of the city’s food scene since the late 1970s, building restaurants that people across Multan already trusted. When the idea for the bakery was introduced, it was driven by the founder’s vision to keep the Shangrilla brand growing while bringing something new to the city.

The goal was simple: to create a place where the same standards of quality and taste that defined Shangrilla’s kitchens could now be experienced in cakes, breads, desserts, and bakery classics.

Becoming Part of the City

When the doors opened, the response from the city was immediate.

Families came for cakes and mithai, students stopped by for snacks, and evening visitors picked up biscuits and fresh breads on their way home. For many households, Shangrilla quickly became part of the daily routine.

At a time when bakery variety was limited in the city, Shangrilla introduced something different — a place where people could find everything they needed for everyday treats and special occasions in one place.

Today, Shangrilla Cuisine operates seven outlets across Multan, welcoming customers who return for celebrations, everyday treats, and special occasions throughout the year.
